P6: Review the teams overall effectiveness, together with your contribution to achieving the
goals, receiving and providing feedback to other team members.

In this task I am going to review how my team overall effectiveness with my contribution and how
my contribution to the team helped achieved the goal. I will also talk about receiving feedback from
my team members and providing feedback for my team members.

When I and my group was advertising S&M smoothies, we made sure we all had relevant knowledge
so we could advertise it effectively. It was important that we all had good knowledge about our
product this is because customers might ask question and it will look unprofessional if one of us does
not know how to answer it and we are not trying to give that impression. Customers like to see
when an organisation is confident and also know about what they are selling, it is important that
smoothies staff answer all the questions customers have about our product this will give a good
impression.

When deciding the price of our product we all shared our opinion and also thought about a price
that is affordable and customers will be happy to pay, we also took in note the quality of our
product, also when we were about to advertise our product we will speak to our customers with
respect and friendly way, and then this will give us the opportunity to introduce our product and talk
about its benefits and so on.

I personally asked my team leader to let me take care of all the purchasing and also designs for
example I created the logo, and our poster my team leader agreed and gave me the responsibility to
create our logo and the poster and make sure it will look attracting and effective.

Everyones contribution supported the team to stay strong and also to achieve our goal for example I
had to bring in different designs of our logo, and then we would all discuss if this logo would be
effective and also if it will attract the customers. I had to make the logo 3 times and the third time
everyone liked it and said the logo will be perfect for our product.

I am very good at maths so my team leader gave me this task, I was in charge of managing all the
sales, finance, calculations and also the money that we will need, making sure that our business does
not loose any profit.

During the planning, my team worked very effectively we were all able to communicate and share
our ideas, this gave us the opportunity to have many different ideas and also different plans incase
one fails, this also thought me new things for example that it is important to listen to others you will
always learn something new; also since everyone had millions of ideas this allowed us to come up
with great ideas that applied to our product; when the team members were sharing their ideas,
opinions I respected everything they said even if I did not think their idea would be effective, we also
asked each other questions for example 'why do you think this idea will be suitable for our project'
the team leader was taking note of all of this so at the end we all shared our ideas with our team
leader and it was now her job to take a note of them and decide what to do in a way that everyone
will feel fairly treated and happy with her decision.

Responsibilities: The team has got different responsibilities for example being aware of all
the products that are being sold and see how may products are left.
