How to learn Math I watched the video "How to learn Math," also referred to as "Boosting Math." The eightminute video focuses on encouraging the audience that everyone can do math irrespective of their personal attributes, such as fast or slow. That is one of the things I identified interesting about learning math or learning in general. I think that learning is a continuous process. Therefore, I could relate to the notion that the brain grows as we continue acquiring additional information. The aspect I found surprising from the video is the growth mindset and fixed mindset, especially the graph illustrating how each mindset affects performance in Math as a learner progresses in various grades[CITATION You15 l 1033 ]. This information was surprising since I have been in a position where I did not believe in myself in academics and other areas of life. However, I am surprised that such an attitude has adverse effects on my performance and willingness to handle such issues. Finally, the video has helped me understand that math is not about speed.
