• Draw up a plan of action to achieve your goal.
• Execute your action plan.
• Evaluate to determine if you have achieved your goal.

Be SMART (SMART Method)
• Specific : you know exactly what your goal is.
• Measurable : you can measure your progress.
• Tangible : you can achieve this goal.
• Realistic : this is a goal that is possible to achieve.
• Time bound : you can achieve this goal within a given period of time.
