, Inleiding:
Voor de eerste opdracht ”energieconcept” is een duurzaam concept van een eenvoudig woningbouw gemaakt. De berekeningen bestaan uit
een energieprestatieberekening op basis van de NTA 8800, waarbij bepaalde toets waardes/eisen moeten worden behaald (Beng-
regelgeving, TOjuli-eis.)
De ambitie is om een energieconcept te realiseren door berekeningen voor de principekeuzen voor de isolatie van gebouwen, de
verwarming van de ruimten, de ventilatie van de ruimten, de bereiding van warm tapwater, regeneratie van warmte en opwekking van
energie. Die samen het duurzaam energieconcept vormen. Essentieel is dat de gemaakte keuzen een samenhangend geheel zijn: de
onderdelen mogen elkaar niet in de weg zitten of tegenstrijdige gevolgen hebben.
Het project betreft een vrijstaande woning met twee bouwlagen in Sint Jansklooster, gemeente Steenwijkerland.
In dit rapport treft u de uitkomsten van de berekeningen aan.
