,Inleiding
Wij, Job Hordijk, Demi ten Broek en Neenke Weening, schrijven dit verslag voor Hogeschool TIO voor
het vak Human Ressource Management. Wij zitten in ons tweede jaar van de HBO Hotel- en
Eventmanagement. In dit verslag schrijven wij over ons gekozen bedrijf en de daarbij horende
theorie , en toepassing van de theorie op het bedrijf.


Per onderwerp (die hieronder beschreven zijn) zal de bijhorende theorie kort beschreven worden die
toepasbaar is op het bedrijf, zal er een duidelijke uitwerking van het onderwerp conform de strategie
en de vraagstukken binnen het bedrijf beschreven worden en zal er een kritische en onderbouwde
mening over de uitwerking van het onderwerp binnen het bedrijf uitgewerkt worden.


In dit verslag zal u lezen over de onderwerpen: strategische HRM, arbeidsmarkt, personeelsplanning
en stroombeleid, werving en competenties, motivatie en leidinggeven, rechtspositie deel 1 en 2,
prestatie- en competentiemanagement, beloning, loopbaanmanagement en opleiden van
medewerkers en over blijvende inzetbaarheid.
