- Pinken evenwijdig met de AP en duimen plantair
- Voet naar je toe trekken om zo de tractie te voelen
SCHUIFLADE MET TCG IN 10º PF
WAT TEST JE? Test voor de anterieure ligamenten
UITVOERING UH P: ruglig met knie in 60º flexie en TCG in 10º PF
UH therapeut:
- Homolaterale hand omvat OB langs lateraal
- Andere hand omvat de talus met duim mediaal, wijs en
middenvinger distaal vd laterale malleolus. Ringvinger en ping
rond de laterale voetrand.
- Proximale hand is tenstende hand en duwt naar dorsaal
Kan ook uitgevoerd worden in MAX DF.
Meer of minder beweging?
Meer? anterieure ligamenten zijn
