, The most mature person in control will have a large number of people reporting to them as in
most workplaces there is a hierarchy. Different routines that are executed in the workplace, ho
far the team is disseminate and how big the team is, are all determined by the way the
workplaces are structured. Now I will describe the various methods of communication that are
applied in the workplace and their uses.
Text messages:
Allowing employees to send and receive text messages in the workplace is a practice that is

Instead of having to pull up a contacts number, go to a phone, and dial the number, employees
can simply use text messaging. It also allows employees to work on the go. If an employee has

Effective communication in the workplace improves productivity and fosters a sense of
teamwork between colleagues. A meeting about office communication is an effective way to se
expectations for employees and receive feedback on workplace communication. To effectively
use the meeting time, you need a solid agenda that addresses the communication concerns
specific to your business. Give yourself plenty of time to prepare for the meeting through
evaluations of current communication habits in the workplace, as well as your goals.
