1.2 - Record the lesson
Recording your lesson gives you the ability to go back and recall what
happend during your lesson, when you are able to recall a lesson you can
notice were there is room for improvement and then you can reflect to see
where you can better yourself, a recording has all the details so you would’nt
miss anything.

- Observing your colleagues
This will allow you to “steel with your eyes” as they say, this will be very
helpful to new teachers that does not have as much experience. You will be
able to observe what to do in class and what not, you can then incorporate
your colleagues well practice into your own learning method

- Being observed by your colleagues.
This will allow you to get feedback from your collaegues on where you can
improve, this is great because they will look at you in a formal way and can
give good criticism.

- Self - Reports
This is a great way to self reflect and to test yourself but make sure to be
nonbiased, you must evaluate your teaching and give yourself feedback

- Asking your students
This will make the students feel like part of your class because you are
asking this to help you improve your teaching ability, they are in you class all
they long so they know you the best, asking them will help you better
understand what they need from you as an educater.

- Learners are an active role they are humans capible of receiving
information and then generating meanings and understandings with the
information instead of just memorizing it. This process involves input,
process and output and it is a highly interactive process.
