Business using internet marketing
In this task, I will be analysing the difference between internet marketing and
retail stores and discuss how it benefits the customer’s needs.

Internet marketing is important because it aligns with the way consumers make
purchasing decisions.Internet marketing enables you to take advantage of the
growing importance of social media.

Internet marketing enables
you to be open for business
around the clock without
worrying about store opening
hours or overtime payments
for staff. Offering your
products on the Internet is
also convenient for customers.
They can browse your online
store at any time and place
orders when it is convenient
for them. It is simply easy for
the customers to purchase
products from your store
safely and efficiently. There
also sales available on internet
marketing, which persuades
the customer wanting to the buy more things since they’re on sale.

Marketing products on the Internet
costs less than marketing them
through a retail store. You do not have
to worry about the costs of property
rental and maintenance. You do not
have to purchase stock for display in a
store. You can order stock in line with
demand, keeping your inventory costs
low. Also, there are more sales online
than in stores, plus there is more stock
available in store rather than in store.

The Internet provides an important
platform for building relationships with
customers. When a customer has purchased a product from your online store,
you can begin the relationship by sending a follow-up email to confirm the
transaction and thanking the customer; this reassures the customer and feels
welcomed to their store. Emailing customers regularly with special, personalized
offers helps to maintain the relationship and updates the customer as to what
new is happening. You can also invite customers to submit product reviews on
