Algemene opbouw skeletspieren
Van groot naar klein:
- Epimysium
- Spierweefsel
- perimysium
- Spierbundel
- endomysium
- Spiervezel/cel

Mysium (fasie) is bindweefsel en voorkomt frictie/ wrijving tegen andere structuren
Daar waar het mysium aan het bot hecht, spreken we van tendon (pees)

Functies tendon (pees= verbinding pees – bot (zorgt dat er beweging komt))
- Verankering spier aan bot
- Overdragen spierkracht op bot (dat bot ook in beweging komt)

Ligament = verbinding bot – bot (beperkt bewegingen)




Beweging van de spier (orgio en insertie)
Een spier zit altijd aan minimaal 2 verschillende botten vast via peesweefsel (tendon = pees).
