Inleiding

Probleemruimte; alle ideeën over mogelijke problemen.
Oplossingsruimte; alle ideeën over mogelijke oplossingen.

Valkuilen probleemanalyse;

Hoofdstuk 1; Introduction
The difference between a normal manager and an outstanding manager is that the
outstanding manager as well looks for solutions that are not so clear at first sight.

A good company should fit in the surroundings it functions in, you need to analyze this and
make use of where it does fit and deal where it does not.

Hoofdstuk 1.2; Systems and complexity
[Dynamic] System; a combination of interacting elements. To solve problems involving a lot
of people, a combination of skills, knowledge, expertise and experience of many people and
groups within and in between those organizations is necessary. Whatever you do, it will
affect the other elements in the situation, and what they do affect you and influence your
possibilities to act.

The elements within the reality are things as people, cars, roads, machines, buildings, but
also people's opinions, behavior. These elements are related to other elements, by means of
power, money, knowledge etc.

Because there are so many elements, it is almost impossible to understand its functioning
for a 100%. A lot of people in the newspapers claim they can.

Complex [Situations][wicked problem/organic situations]; with all those elements, there
are a lot of ways a system can function to produce comparable results. Finding the best
result is therefore close to impossible just like proving you found it.
