Analysing the research findings
The NIVEA organisation had a product review which was categorised in to the types
of worker that participated in taking the survey. 50% of the outcome was positive and
25% for neutral and negative was stated. The type of potential candidates that took
part in doing the survey are nurses, sales assistant, students, footballers, pharmacist
and unemployed Reasons for having a 50% positive review was probably because
most of the participants using NIVEA more often, for instance footballers use NIVEA
after a football match hence that is why it is favourable. However the negative review
which was 25% came mostly for instance, from the unemployed candidates whereas
they are unable to purchase the product due to the lack of finance. Lastly is the
neutral review which was also 25% whereby generally this review came from the
middle working class that include the sales assistant and nurses. The middle class is
a social group between the upper and working classes, including professional and
business.
.`Another product review is about the gender. 55% were female and 45% were
males. Reasons for having more females than males interested in the new
Strawberry NIVEA lotion is probably because females are more interested in
cosmetics than males. Statistically wise, it is stated that 64% of females use
cosmetics than male thenextweb.com. Amongst the 20 surveys I carried out, 11
were females and 9 were males. This indicates that the females will purchase the
new NIVEA Strawberry lotion more than the males with 10% more. Also this
indicates that females are will to try new things whereas males are not interested.
Another review that I did was about the age range interpretation. This review
indicates that the survey was mainly favourable by the 21-30 group with a
percentage of 45%. This is because the age range is more in to the cosmetics
compared to the others. Also for this age range, this group shows that it is will to try
out new things and spend money on the lotion. Another reason was because the
scent and flavour of the strawberry that emerges from the product. Also it is referred
that women use it a way to be expressive (thoughtcatalog.com) NIVEA product
and is also in the middle class however the 31-40 age group was the least with a
