Questionnaires were a brilliant idea as they were an easy way
to gather allots of date but doing questionnaires always has its
disadvantages. Questionnaires can to be insufficient to
understand for e.g. Changes of emotions, behavior, feelings etc
can affect the answers that you get back for your research. But
that statement could go for any source of research. Another
limitation questionnaires can have is that the questions could be
very vague which will lead to sufficient and wasted feedback. To
improve the responses from a questionnaire the Questionnaire
should be clearly detailed and maybe after completion a treat
could be rewarded to them for participating or a free sample of
the product that you’re offering.

Interviews are considered a decent alternative as it lets the
person answering the question gather allot of information, but like
any other research interviews does have its drawbacks. A
drawback for an interview could be the consuming, as they could
last up to Time consuming, as they could last up to 30 - 40
minutes. Also interviews could cost allot of money and no
business wants to waste money on market research. On the other
hand if your business is looking for quality date to help improve a
product or service then interviews could be the way forward. To
