SUBJECT: SELLING OF INCORRECT PARTS TO CUSTOMERS BY CASHIERS.
I am writing this letter concerning the latest discovery of cashiers selling incorrect parts to the
customers.
Ms Dimba, the manager has recently discovered that cashiers are selling incorrect parts to
customers. Customers who have received the wrong parts lodged several complaints and all these
complaints are pointing back to our cashiers .Ten of the complaints received from the customers
indicated that completely wrong parts were sold to the customers while the other fifteen indicated
that wrong sizes were sold to the customers. These calls for everyone’s attention as the number of
complaints received in such period of time are unacceptable. Every part bought must be verified
before they leave the shop to ensure that the customer gets the correct parts.
It is of utmost importance that everyone gives full attention to all the transaction and details of the
sale before the customer leaves the shop.
