For P7, learners must describe the processes to be followed when clearing and vacating the event. They must include how the event evaluation should be coordinated, the preparation and circulation of materials, and any budgetary reconciliation. Evidence can be in the form of a report or presentation.

Procedures for entering and vacating the venue
Certain procedures are to be followed at the Sales Exhibition when
clearing and vacating the premises of the event. Firstly when customers
arrive, they should go to the reception area which is at the entrance
area. Customers are to be given a visitor’s badge that will allow them to
enter at the entrance barriers. After this process, customers are to go on
the sales Exhibition table whereby they will be given hand-outs and
campus maps. These customers are to then go to room 1 and get
introductions the event brief discussion.

Customers are then given a £4.50 voucher that they will use at the
college campus which is on the ground floor. These vouchers are cost
free so customers do not have to worry about paying. After the lunch
break, the sale exhibition participants have to go at each department
and they will be given a personal orientation for instance, the hair and
beauty department will be informing the customers on how to do a hair
make over. Customers are also given free hair dressing. The event
organiser is to give a vote of thanks after this procedure and customers
will then depart.

In term of an emergency for instance a fire, customers are greatly
advised not to use the elevators but the stairs. This is because is a fire
incident occurs, all electrical merchandise will go on standby mode mean
everything will be on shutdown. Customers are also supposed to exit
the premises following the exit signs. Customers are not allowed to exit
in a scrambled way but in an organised well-mannered procedure. Fire
extinguishers and fire alarms are also available to use. Another
procedure that is to be followed at the sales exhibition is that if a
customer is badly injured, First Aid kits are mostly in every room of the
THE College. Also a nearby hospital is located in the area.
