Referendum A ballot that places the decision of a given issue directly in the hands of the voter. Vision statement An ideal image of what the organization will look like in the future. Mission statement Answers a)who the customers are, b)what services are provided by the agency, and c) how services will be provided. *fundamental purpose statement depicting what agency does. Collaborations Short term, last until the problem is solved. Two or more stakeholders working together to solve a set of problems that neither can solve alone.
