Dear Matt and Sarah
I am writing to you two to discuss the benefits of your business organisation
marketing a product or service online.
These day there are lots of advantages and a few disadvantages about services
online this is because social media has become such a big part in everybody’s
life, things such as news, movies, shopping and many more are all available on
social media now so that’s why social media is used in a day to day basses by
everyone. The first advantage of providing a service online is that you have more
Flexibility with the times you work, it saves money and you can do it all by
yourself. For example visualize a product you want to buy instead of getting up
and going to shops to look for it you can just search for it online and when you
search for in you would find different types of the product such as the cheaper
option and the expensive option and then you could order which one you like
online then within a few day it will be on your door step.
An example of why it good provide a service online is if I create a business on the
internet I don’t have to pay to advertise my business on social media apps such
as twitter and Instagram because these two app are some of the most used apps
so by advertising my business on these two apps people will start to know about
my business before I even start plus it not time consuming compared to
traditional ways.
But there is only one disadvantage and that is some people don’t trust buying
things online because they think if they put the credit card details someone will
hack into the system and take money from their credit card. But there is a
solution to that and that is tell the customers to pay through PayPal because
PayPal secures your credit card details so no one could hack into their credit
card.
Lastly I hope this has influenced on why you two should provide a service online.
