Research suggests a website in the modern age can improve a company’s customer base which can in turn lead to an increase in sales. Scope: Research conducted at the International Communication Association (ITU) confirms the use of a website helps a company reach a wider audience. Various surveys from accredited organizations confirm that websites provide an important aspect to a modern company’s survival. Studies show that a website is a great marketing tool that enables customers to research a product before purchasing online or offline.
