Voorwoord
Wij, Anne Blom en Chantal Weijenberg, volgen de opleiding Human
Resource Management aan Saxion te Deventer

Voor het vak Operationeel Human Resource and Business Management 2
is dit verslag tot stand gekomen. Er werd ons gevraagd om een
adviesrapport op te stellen voor Henk Norel, directeur van de Tuinkamer.
Wij adviseren Henk over hoe hij de geformuleerde HR-doelen kan behalen.

Voor het verslag hebben wij de informatie uit de casus ‘’De Tuinkamer’’ en
het boek ‘’integraal personeelsmanagement’’ van J.L. Noomen gehaald.
