as social, emotional cognitive, linguistic disability, family or care circumstances

A document that list the areas in which the support needs to be provided for a learner that is
experiencing learning difficulties. This plan provide necessary details about what is important to
the individual with intellectual disabilities so that everyone involved in supporting that individual
can focus on specific areas to achieve and maintain personal outcome.

Ordinary schools that will be equipped and supported to provide for the full range of learning
