My Business start-up is based on is a new pair of running shoes, this new running
shoes was influence by a new runner Eric Asare. I chose this idea because it’s the
first running shoe which is based on an actual runner.
Stage 1
In order for the shoes to get attention. I could start off with
making an instagram page and posters based on brand and the
Attention shoes then when people start to like them I could put a poster
saying if you share are page you would be put in a completion
and this completion will a chance to win a pair of the shoes
Stage 2
This shoe is a running shoe which is very light and flexible which
helps you run faster and further with new customisation options
Information that allow you complete control over your stride. These new
running shoes are made from 100% recycle cloths. Fine-tune
your fit with different uppers, widths and outsoles, and get
inspired by choosing colour and graphic options with meanings
specific to you
Stage 3
In order to make is easier for customers to choose we will post
pictures on our instagram page and then put a link underneath
Decision that goes to our website which give you information about our
bands, our shoes and the history behind it
Stage 4
A way customers can buy our product is through our website
which provides different colures of our shoes. When you buying
Action our shoes you first click on it then a page will pop up which you
choose your size, how many you want and then lastly you order
it through pay pal. If there aren’t any stock of the shoes you can
pre order them for when the shoes comes back in stock.
Stage 5
A way to check if customers are happy with the product is before
Satisfaction the product are sent we will put a survey or a questionnaire to
check if customers are happy with the service we provide also if
they don’t do the questionnaire or they survey will sent them
and email which say good or bad to make it easier for them.
Unique selling point (USP)
What makes my product unique is that as you’re walking or running it generate
kinetic energy in a in a little portable charger and when your finish you can put
your phone on it and you can charge your phone. What makes my product
unique no other company has though of this idea and even if they thought of it
they properly thought it was too futuristic.
