All of us must strive to apply this Code every day, both inside and outside of UnitedHealth Group. United Healthcare ensures we as a community remain on one accord with these five important ethical practices by maintaining monthly team meetings to discuss what is expected throughout the company sitewide. Integrity means we are reliably honest, fair, and morally responsible, always acting in the best interests of our customers, consumers, and the communities where we live and work. How we conduct our work day-to-day is important to fulfilling our mission to help people live healthier lives and to help make the health system work better for everyone. It is the foundation for each of the four other values and everything we do at UnitedHealth Group.
