The Pilot's eBook 2022 version Update
The Pilot’s eBook is made by a pilot for future pilots. It has been created to assist you from joining your flight school up to the final inflight examinations. This eBook is made for you if you wish to join a flight school, if you have ATPL examinations, if you are in the flight training about to get your PPL/CPL and/or IRME. It is composed of 4 main parts : * The Admission tests ebook : it has been designed to help future pilot students to be fully prepared for the admission examinations to join a flight school. You can find some basic questions on 5 subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Inductive logical thinking, English, and Aeronautical knowledge. In total, 100 questions and its detailed corrections to help you as much as possible. Also, you can find the “All you need to know” section with all the knowledges/tips you have to know to pass your examination. * The ATPL notes : they are made from classes, ATPL books, and examination questions. I personally used my own knowledges to set up each subjects, with feedback from examinations. With these notes, you will directly learn what you need to know for the examinations. You can find photos, diagrams, mnemonics to help you as much as possible. The notes are from the 2016 & 2020 EASA syllabus. You can find the following ATPL subjects : 010 Air Law, 021 Electrics, 021 Powerplant, 022 Instrumentation, 031 Mass & Balance, 032 Performances, 033 Flight Planning and Monitoring, 040 Human Performance & Limitations, 050 Meteorology, 061 General Navigation, 062 Radio Navigation, 070 Operational Procedures and 081 Principles of Flight. * The VFR notes : they contains a set of regulations (weather, fuel, airspace…) regarding Visual Flight Rules for the PPL/CPL. It also deals with VFR Navigation with detailed explanations about the short and long term preparation. Eventually, you will find some “Mental Dead Reckoning” tips useful while flying. * The IFR/ & Weather notes: they refer to all information you might need to answer IR procedure questions, weather questions during your training, or flight examination. The document is partly made from DOC 8168 PANS-OPS, ICAO. You will get a lot of explanations about the Instrument Procedures, how they are made, and what you need to consider while flying
