1.1 The following statements describe some of the issues addressed by various inclusive
education policy frameworks. State which inclusive policy framework is described by each
statement?

State parties shall respect and ensure the rights set forth in the present convention to each
child within their jurisdiction without discrimination of any kind.

Due to the fact that large numbers of marginalised groups of children were still being
excluded from the education system, the aim of the conference was to ensure that every child
has access to quality education.

It argues that regular schools, with an inclusive orientation, are the most effective means of
combating discriminatory attitudes, creating welcoming communities, building an inclusive
