The contraceptive pill was allowed for women in 1961
The Abortion Act – abortion made legal 1967
The Sexual Offences Act – Passed 1967 – homosexual private practices between two men over age of 21
The Divorce Reform Act – Prior to 1969 Women could only divorce their husband on rounds of adultery.
