My teaching philosophy is to create an environment where learners acquire
knowledge and skills. Create a learner centered approach to education and focus
on active learning. Learners take active participation in the learning and the
teacher is there to monitor and guide learners.
There are high expectations from myself and the learners, expect learners to
participate and work together to solve problem.
The teaching and learning environment should be conducive for learners to learn
and there should be no barriers to learning.
Learners should be provided with enough teaching and learning materials so as to
achieve their objectives.
The teacher needs to motivate learners to learn by providing intrinsic and extrinsic
stimulus.
