Mijn naam is Mayke Stoverinck 22 jaar oud en derdejaars student hbo-verpleegkunde. De opleiding
volg ik aan Saxion hogeschool te Enschede. Op dit moment loop ik stage in het Slingeland ziekenhuis
te Doetinchem op afdeling A2; vaatchirurgie. Er is toestemming verkregen om aan te geven binnen
welke afdeling deze opdracht is uitgevoerd. Deze producttoets is in opdracht van school. Voor
uitvoering van de producttoets is er gekeken naar een ‘probleem’ in de praktijk waarvoor een
innovatie ingebracht moest worden. Deze innovatie is uitgevoerd in het kader van producttoets 1.
