, Inleiding
Veganisme maar ook vooral vegetarisme is momenteel erg in opkomst. Je ziet de
laatste tijd steeds meer wereldberoemde fastfoodketens als Mac Donalds, Burger
King, Domino's, die nu veganistische en vegetarische keuzes op hun menu
hebben staan. Sinds 2015 maakt het snoepmerk Katja helemaal geen gebruik
meer van dierlijke gelatine. Zelf ben ik echt een dieren liefhebber, en als kind
vond ik het al geweldig om naar een boerderij te gaan en alle schaapjes,
konijnen, kalfjes enz. te aaien. Toch
was mijn liefde voor dieren niet
direct de reden om te stoppen met
dierlijke producten te consumeren.
Eerlijk, heb ik er weleens over
nagedacht. De afgelopen tijd zie je
