Voorwoord

,Zoals u straks gaat lezen, gaat mijn stage verslag over toets ‘’2.3.1 Praktijkleren 1’’. Hiervoor
zal ik onder andere een Q&A (Questions & Answers) opstellen waarin ik de praktijkinstelling
zal voorstellen en is er een infographic gemaakt inclusief verantwoording en reflectie om
verder op de organisatie in te gaan. Ik hoop dat u aan de hand van dit verslag, een goed
beeld gaat krijgen van Bewust Bewind en Humanitas.

Graag wil ik mijn leercoaches Iris Munster en Stella Wielaart en mijn praktijkbegeleider Tjalle
