In this PowerPoint, I will explain the importance for an
organisation and its employees of identifying its needs
for existing staff, new staff and the managerial
department.
Scenario: If ABC College has plans to expand, training
would have to be planned and prepared as the proposed
expansions will require existing staff to develop new
skills and in addition there will be changes to training
for new staff. At a departmental level there may be
changes to a particular job or group of employees, when
new courses are introduced.
