Dit rapport is geschreven in het kader van het tweede jaar van business studies aan de
hogeschool Inholland.
Het onderzoek was leuk, maar op sommige punten complex. Dit komt door de drukte met
toetsen en door het zoeken om invulling te geven aan het rapport. Bij het schrijven van dit
