Wat is gezondheid? De toestand waarin iemand zich verkeerd op fysieke en mentale
gezondheid. De sociale gezondheid is van belangrijk voor het fysieke en mentale gedeelte.
De gezondheid bestaat dus uit fysieke, mentale en sociale factoren.
Gezondheid is een toestand van volledig fysiek, geestelijk en sociaal welbevinden.

Wat is leefstijl? De dagelijkse dingen die je
doet wat gezond- of ongezond gedrag
vertoont. Veel bewegen en letten op je
voeding ß gezond. Ongezond à roken en
veel zitten.




Een gespreksinstrument om erachter te komen hoe iemand zijn leefstijl ervaart is het IPH-
spinnenweb. In bijlage 1 zal de spinnenweb terug te vinden zijn. Het gespreksinstrument is
ontwikkeld door Machteld Huber.
