fourth question. Instead of “Do you get motivated during your shift? The question should be Do you
get motivated during your shift? If so how?. Because this question provides more data.

Reliability: I believe the research is quite reliable, since they selected a group of random employees to
conduct interviews. And they also interviewed management which provided them with multiple
perspectives.

Generalizability: I don’t think the local evidence is generalizable, because the sample size of the
research was quite small and they only collected data from people who worked at their supermarket.
