The concept of this theory of Career invention model is founded on the 21 st century
career. In this current generation it is found that individuals don’t need to be dependent on
the organization or environment because they have the control over the nature of their
careers. There are three steps (which are self- exploration, exploration of career
possibilities and the experimentation with various career possibilities) to the cycle of
invention model in order to manage and plan the person’s career.
