Business Chosen: Chocaderby
Introduction
Welcome to this social media report and plan on Chocaderby. This plan includes a draft plan on the
social media that Chocaderby will use. I have outlined smart targets for the social media and created
a social media policy for the social media that Chocaderby will use. The social media that I have
decided you will use is Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
On all of the social media I have demonstrated account creation and the use of social media. In this
plan I have taken into consideration how to monitor the success of you’re the business and how to
interact with customers, as well of creating the social media plan I have also discussed how the
business can create an online community using their social media.
In addition to I will also create an annotated plan and improved version of the social media. I will
also discuss about data analytics of the social media I have chosen, finally I will evaluate the social
media plan that I have created. I will evaluate the optimised social media plan that has been created.
When evaluating the plan, I will evaluate the data analytics report that I will write about.
