PRESENT SIMPLE:
 I live, he Works, etc.

p. ej. Lives, studies, watches.

 Usar ASI (Auxiliar, sujeto e infinitivo) o QuASI (partícula interrogativa,

Do you know David? What time does the film start?

 Ejemplos:

o I live in London. She works in a restaurant.

o We don’t eat meat. Jack doesn’t wear glasses.

o Where do you live? Does the supermarket open on Sundays?

frequently, often, generally, sometimes, rarely, seldom… o expresiones

de frecuencia: every day, once a week, a month, a year, every day, in

the morning/ afternoon/ evening, at night...

 Delante de cualquier verbo, detrás del verbo To Be.

verbal. We have English clases twice a week.

 Ejemplos:

o She usually has cereal for breakfast.

o I’m never late for work.

1

, o We only eat out about once a month.

REGLAS DE LA 3º PERSONA.

 -Y = -IES (STUDY - STUDIES).

 -CH / -CE / -GE / -SH: -ES (FINISH / FINISHES)

 GO / DO – GOES / DOES

 HAVE / HAS

ADVERVIOS DE FRECUENCIA. (VER CARMEN)

PRESENT CONTINUOUS:

 TO BE + VERBO + -ING.

temporales, no habituales.

También se utiliza para describir una foto.

Recuerda las reglas ortográficas, p.ej. living, studying, getting.

También se usa para tiempos futuros.

 Ejemplos:

o Is your sister still going out with Adam? No, they broke up. She

isn’t going out with anyone now.
