Transformation leaders desire to impact a positive change and inspire those who follow them, they enhance, motivation, morale, and performance on their followers and are driven by a strong sense of purpose (Ghasabeh and Provitera, 2017). They seek to create a culture of trust and positive work relationships in the organization. A good leader is one who has the ability to take the right risks and to make difficult decisions. Good leaders trust their instincts and makes informed decisions using the intelligence gathered by their team members. Their teams are always right behind them in every step they make and decisions taken. Transformational leaders does not do everything by themselves even if they have the power to do so. Instead, they seek input from the team members and makes risky decisions to enhance individual, team, and organizational growth. Transformational leaders do not fear making difficult and risky decisions. They make these decisions with clear vision, values, and focus on the end goals. Transformational leaders share collective organizational consciousness, are inspirational, and entertains new ideas (Ghasabeh and Provitera, 2017)
