bij kinderen’’, V&VN Pijnverpleegkundigen is dé beroepsveren

Meso: Het Erasmus MC. Waarborgen kwaliteit van zorg en ve
werken volgens protocollen en richtlijnen. Het protocol: ‘’Pijn
sucrose toediening ter bestrijding’’. Daarnaast is het EMC een
gerenommeerd centrum als het gaat om onderzoek naar pijn
Micro: De afdeling IC Neonatologie. Hier liggen premature pa
vanaf een zwangerschapsduur van 24 weken met diverse
gezondheidsproblemen. Wanneer er na de geboorte complica
een ziekenhuis opname nodig is (zoals bij een premature geb
het aantal pijnlijke en medisch noodzakelijke ingrepen fors toe
Op de afdeling worden meerdere niet-medicamenteuze interv
toegepast om pijn te reduceren zoals het geven van sucrose e
pijn gemeten met de NEO-comfortscore.
