1 Intro
Sinds begin van psychologie (psy) doet men assessments om iets te zeggen over menselijk
gedrag, het te voorspellen en keuzes op te baseren. Eerste assessment rond 1900 i.v.m. selectie
arbeidsmarkt. Soldaten deden collectieve intelligentie test. Rorschach 1921, Wechsler in 1939, MMPI
in 1940.
Psychologisch assessment verschilt van psy testen omdat de clinicus vanuit verschillende
methoden/bronnen data verzamelt en deze beschouwt in de gehele context van de persoon, inclusief
geschiedenis, verwijsinformatie, contextfactoren en geobserveerd gedrag. Het is dus een soort n=1
onderzoek, om de belangrijkste informatie te structureren, conclusies uit te trekken en begrijpelijk te
communiceren aan de cliënt en diens verwijzer(s)/belangrijke anderen, om verwijsvragen te
beantwoorden.

Verwijsvragen vaststellen (impliciet en expliciet; records bekijken;
meer over verwijsvragen leren)



Benodigdheden voor data bepalen (methode; identificeer domeinen

Dataverzameling, score, interpretaties (ook observaties!)
Verwerk data uit tests per domein in een grid


Conclusies trekken (hypothese bijstellen, nader onderzoek nodig?)


Rapportage + terugkoppeling (in begrijpelijke taal; en ethische verplichting)
