As per you’re your request to investigate the seemingly high turnover rate that seems to be occurring in our business consultant section, both myself and the manager of recruitment and staffing have conducted a review of the issue. After holding focus group meetings with the business consultant staff that have been with ABC Inc. for under a year, interview with their mangers and going over exit interviews of consultants who have recently left we have come to the conclusion that the main cause of the high turnover rate is our onboarding program with new hires.
