School culture explains the way of how each school operates and the values and beliefs
that staff members share to set a positive climate.

culture of the school X.
Everything that is needed to accommodate such learners was provide and all schools
needs to be equip. Every learner has the right to be part of the mainstream education.


3. How can you practice the principles of Ubuntu during your teaching practice phase?

equally and take care of them all equally regardless they background, race etc. If one

Staff: Factors relating to staff with the physical and emotional safety includes respect
towards one another and also be helpful. There is many learners who struggle and
teachers always work together to find a perfect solution to help each learner according
to their problem. We as teachers want to feel safe and secure at school.


5. Describe how the school you are placed at or previously placed
embraces and celebrates linguistic and cultural diversity. Read the

Linguistic diversity: Our school is a dual-medium school that provides education in two
languages which is Afrikaans and English as well a first additional languages. Every
learner has the right to learn their own language. In both classes English and Afrikaans
which is separated classes we read and write bilingual poems and texts. On heritage
day learners will come to school wearing traditional civvies which embrace their different
cultures

Cultural diversity: Our school is a multicultural school and have space for any and every
learner despite of their differencesThis event will take place in the morning, in the
school hall. This will help learners to promote approval to all cultures.


6. Analyse and compare the educational resources and learners’ learning
opportunities of the previous schools where you had teaching practice
experiences with those of the present school. If not yet placed at school,
