Introduction
This assignment focuses on identify the skills that will be needed for the business that was
created in the previous assignment. Skills that are already possessed will also be identified
and the important of each skill will be explained and how it will be helpful. Furthermore, this
assignment will focus on personal development and how skill gap can be closed.

business and make us a threat to other businesses who are our competition because we
have something that they do not have. Personal Development can be done in the form of
training and careful planning. The skills audit above is step one. The skills we have and do
not have were identified (skills gap) so we can now plan and create ideas to become better.
