corporate functions.
Within this sector there are jobs such as working at the customer service or reservation
agent, jobs at entry level. When you work for a customer service you provide customer

better travel experiences, and improved service ratings. For customer service you need to
have at least mbo+ work and thinking level.
Airline reservation agents typically work in an office environment outside of the airport for a
specific airline. They take calls and answer questions about airline regulations, help
customers make travel plans, and work with computers to resolve problems. For reservation
agent, you need a high school diploma and you have to be 18 years old.
For a job as a cabin crew or ground operation you need a higher education and or more
experience. The role of an air cabin crew member is to provide excellent customer service to
passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight. They're trained to
deal with security and emergency situations which may arise and can administer first aid to
passengers. For a job as a cabin crew you need at least HAVO or an MBO 4 diploma and you
are at least 21 years old.

a ground operation you need at least a diploma MBO 4 or at least a HAVO diploma.
Furthermore, you must be 18 years of age or older. Furthermore, you can also do an
internship at every part of this sector, you can do this through school but also separately via
a website. You need mbo-4 level for that. Moreover, if you have taken one of these jobs or
