Cost/billing of services:
As a student I live on a student budget, therefore I cannot afford to pay large
amounts of money towards a cell phone plan. It is very important to me that I get
the most out of my service plan and take specific care to choose a billing plan that
suits my needs and make sure that I’m not wasting money on extras that I don’t
need.
Customer care services:
Customer care services are very important as when a problem occurs you want to be
able to speak to professional as fast as possible in order to fix your problem. For me
it’s important that my service provider has a 24/7 customer care line that I can
contact when I am experiencing network problems. It is also important that the
phone itself has customer care services that I can contact when I am experiencing
hardware problems.
Network availability:
When considering a network provider the location in which you live, work and study
is extremely important. Network availability is one of the most important factors to
me personally; there is nothing more frustrating than not having signal. It’s
important to check network availability in your region when deciding on a service
