VOORWOORD

In opdracht van de Hogeschool van Amsterdam hebben wij de afgelopen week als projectgroep
gewerkt aan een communicatieplan die aansluit op ons gezamenlijke onderzoek waarbij we de kloof
(gap) onderzochten tussen de gewenste identiteit en het imago van de stad onder Nederlandse en
Engelse bezoekers tussen de 18 en 34 jaar oud. Uiteindelijk geven wij in dit communicatieplan een
advies voor aansluitende content voor de organisatie amsterdam&partners.

Dit onderzoek is te danken aan de mevrouw C. Nieuwzwaag en mevrouw E. van Mossevelde.
