McDonald’s is being in the restaurant industry sometimes has low margins where it is
difficult for them to compete when it comes to the cost leadership marketing strategy.
McDonald's has a strategy of providing breaks, lunch, and dinner fast-food meals at very
affordable prices. McDonald’s HR division allows for them to recruit and train fresh new higher
rather than employees that are already trained cooks. When it comes to managing, McDonald’s
doesn’t require a lot of their reliability on their manager more ono the employees. McDonald’s,
also, the global restaurant chain, uses a distinctive hiring strategy to be the cost leader.
The Experience Curve
McDonald’s uses the expereince curve in order to monitor continuous improvement for
skills of their employees. Experience curve shows how the employee is showing progress from
each employees improvement. It is useful to use this concenpt becauase it allows for
McDonald’s to monitor and measure the employees productivity or output. McDonald’s enforces
transferring learning as knowledge into a practical implementation. With gllobalization for this
organization it allows the dynamics and energetic human resource to compete. Globalization
