Physical activity guidelines for adults aged 19 to 64 (suitable for disabled people & pregnant woman)

Adults:

Adults should aim to be active everyday, at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity or 75
minutes of vigorous intensity activity a week. Adults should not spend too much time sitting or lying
down for long periods, and its recommended for them to do stretching at least 2 times a week to keep
muscles and joints healthy.
