client request from us to install and upgrade the software application, software
system (OS) and programming software such as (interpret, compiler, integrated
development environment) for more productivity over the system;
for example: “Microsoft Office”, “VIOP for communication”, “Anti-Virus, Word
Processing and” “Access”.
Because the user is working as a (Nursery manager). The client would like you to
upgrade and install entire new operative system (OS) for the client. Because he
needs large capacity and fast processing when manager dealing with children in
database. Also, we need to comply that client is blind and need special features
when upgrade or install that particular system software.
Purpose of installation of component The main purpose of installing the
software for Miss Pampadoo which
work as a nursery manager is to meet

system, she will need to install or
download a new up-to-date operative
system (OS) that will be suited for large
