,Voorwoord
Dit is het portfolio van de PLP2 praktijkleerperiode. Dit is een periode van twintig weken, van
september 2020 tot februari 2021. Deze periode is stagegelopen op de cardiologie afdeling
van het Medisch Centrum Leeuwarden. Tijdens deze praktijkleerperiode is er veel geleerd en
zijn er veel ervaringen opgedaan. De verpleegkundige in opleiding is gegroeid in de
professionele en persoonlijke context.

In dit voorwoord wil ik mijn stagebegeleider enorm bedanken voor de leuke en leerzame tijd.
De samenwerking met jou vond ik erg fijn, je hebt mij geholpen in mijn ontwikkeling tot
beginnende verpleegkundige. Verder wil ik Inge en Janneke bedanken voor het begeleiden,
ik heb veel van jullie geleerd en vond de samenwerking prettig. Daarnaast wil ik de collega’s
van afdeling P & R bedanken voor de leerzame tijd. Het MCL-academie wil ik bedanken voor
de leerzame lessen die we mochten ontvangen, het was leuk om dit samen met de andere
stagiaires te doen. docentbegeleider wil ik bedanken voor het terugkom onderwijs en de
feedback die ik van heb ontvangen.
