, Inleiding
In dit verslag is de casus van Merle uitgewerkt. Aan de hand van de fasen van de methodische plancyclus van Snellen
is de casus beschreven. Onderdelen uit de casus zijn aan de hand van de theorie op micro-, meso-, en macroniveau
beschreven. Uit de verzamelde informatie hebben wij als jeugdconsulent een probleemanalyse opgesteld.
Vervolgens zijn er hulpverleningsdoelen geformuleerd welke passen deze bij de hulpvraag van Merle. Verder is er
gereflecteerd vanuit de normatieve, persoonlijke en instrumentele invalshoeken a.d.h.v. de casus Merle en onze
eigen ontwikkeling binnen praktijkleren.
